For your convenience, we accept most major credit cards.
Extensive treatment can take many months to complete, in which case payments are spread out over the course of treatment and will be discussed at the treatment conference appointment.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.
